This looks so beautiful! A question, though – how long ahead can these be baked? I realize assemblage should be immediately before serving, but I’d love to do the leg work a few days ahead, if possible.

I’m intrigued by this recipe! I’ve never cooked with lamb before though. This might seem like a dumb question, but are the rib bones annoying when you’re eating the finished curry?

I’ve been looking for a hard roll recipe. I remember my aunt making us ham and Swiss cheese sandwiches years ago and as soon as you bit into the roll you have a crust mess all over! But the taste was fabulous. I search stores and local bakeries and nobody has them. I can’t wait to make this recipe.
