Para la ensalada simplemente hacer un sofrito de: cebolleta, ajo, pimiento verde, muchas alcachofas, shiitakes y tomate seco, un buen chorrito de brandy, salsa de soja y pimienta negra. Añadir unas lonchas de berenjena horneadas, las favetas, un poco de menta (o perejil) fresca y echar el no-pollo de #heura encima! #deluxe 🤤.

Chocolate Brownie Hazelnut Caramel Bites 🍫🌰🤎💛

Inspired by @thelittleblogofvegan ‘s recipe for Salted Caramel Brownie Bites I made the brownie base as per her recipe.
For the caramel layer I adapted @livias recipe for Raw Cookie Dough Slices and used dates, hazelnut butter, coconut oil & a generous splash of water to get a better “spreadable” texture.
Finally I made up my own recipe for the chocolate glaze, I just used about 230 gr of dark chocolate and melted it slowly with 2.5 tbsp of coconut oil on medium heat and then poured it over each square. Then I let them set in the fridge for 30 min before “sprinkling” the rest of the chocolate glaze over as decoration. I also added a few salt crystals on top.
They turned out pretty well & yum 😋🤤
