Didn‘t write down the recipe but here‘s what‘s in it, in „cooking order“:
✨ Vegan sausages @heurafoods.es 
Take out & cook the rest in the same oil:
✨ Red onions & garlic
✨ Leek & green peppers
✨ White wine
✨ Shiitake mushrooms
✨ Spinach
✨ Veggie stock & vegan gravy concentrate
✨ Vegemite, soy sauce, garlic & onion powder, black pepper
✨ Lentils (from glass/can) & add back in the sausages, cut in pieces

Serve with some fresh thyme 🌱

SPICY PEANUT SESAME NOODELY NOODLES WITH HEURA 💥💛🥜
Bursting with flavour aaaand nutrients and so easy peasy to make. Just takes some time for the veggie chopping, but once done, it’s all throwing together in a wok, add sauces & spices and that’s it.
Spring onions, garlic (heaps), bell pepper, zuchhini, mushrooms, green beans, red chili, spinach, all sauteed in a wok with sesame oil & soy sauce & black pepper. At the end add peanut butter and rice noodles, add more soy sauce if necessary and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Ah yeah, and top it with some @heurafoods.es chicken. Yum!!!

Nothing beats some freshly baked home made granola:
Oats, quinoa flakes, buckwheat flakes, puffed amaranth, poppy seeds, barley flakes, muesli-grain-mix, almonds, walnuts, cashews, dehydrated berries and oranges, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, allspice, all mixed with a generous amount of maple syrup✨
Baked 35-40 min at 185ºC, give it a mix after 20 min.
