I am so addicted to this chocolate mugcake with almond butter and banana. It’s is a vegan and refined sugarfree, even gluten free recipe. This healthy mugcake is made in literally 10 minutes, prep and clean-up included! Win-win-win!

  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients.
  2. Mash the banana in a bowl and add maple syrup, plantbased milk, sunflower oil and almond butter. Mix well.
  3. Add the banana mix to the dry ingredients and mix well. Transfer into 2 tea mugs.
  4. Microwave for about 1min 20 seconds.
