Chocolate-Mugcake with Almond Butter (vegan, gf)
I am so addicted to this chocolate mugcake with almond butter and banana. It’s is a vegan and refined sugarfree, even gluten free recipe. This healthy mugcake is made in literally 10 minutes, prep and clean-up included! Win-win-win!

Ingredients
1/4
cup
flour
your choice
2.5
tbsp
maple syrup
2
tbsp
cacao powder
1/4
tsp
baking soda
1/2
banana
over-ripe
2
tbsp
plantbased milk
I usually use almond milk
1.5
tbsp
sunflower oil
1
tbsp
almond butter
(make sure it’s a heaped tbsp)
Instructions
Mix all of the dry ingredients.
Mash the banana in a bowl and add maple syrup, plantbased milk, sunflower oil and almond butter. Mix well.
Add the banana mix to the dry ingredients and mix well. Transfer into 2 tea mugs.
Microwave for about 1min 20 seconds.
Recipe Notes
You can keep the second mugcake perfectly in the fridge and enjoy the next day.
