Chocolate-Peanutbutter-Mousse (vegan, gf)
A recipe for a super delicious (and healthy) Chocolate Mousse with peanut butter with only 4 ingredients. It’s made in literally 10 minutes, clean up included. Get some silken tofu at the health store and I’m sure you already have the rest of the ingredients in your kitchen.

  1. Put everything in a blender.
  2. Mix until having a smooth mousse texture.
  3. Fill in 4-5 cups, glasses, whatever you like and put them for at least 30 minutes in the fridge so they get that mousse-like-consistency.
  4. Decorate with some toasted peanuts and raspberries!

For an extra treat you could also top each glass with some whipped coconut cream.
