Instructions
  1. Slice the mushrooms and sundried tomatoes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the miso-marinade.
  3. Mix marinade and mushrooms in a bowl and leave for 5-10minutes.
  4. Put a wok on high heat and add the mushrooms. Reduce heat and cook until the mushrooms get tender.
  5. Serve on plantbased burgers, with tofu scramble or on toast.
