The world famous combination…
… of peanut butter and raspberries. So no wonder I had to make my own version of this popular PBJ thing.
This is much healthier
This super yummy PB & J Green Smoothie combines all that, the creaminess of the peanut butter, frozen bananas and the sweetness and acidity of the raspberries. And the greens, the kale in this case, you actually don’t even taste. It’s just in there for the nutrition, win-win.
Perfect for breakfast or as a healthy snack
This Green Smoothie makes a great healthy breakfast – alone – or maybe with one of my healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies or a slice of my famous Zopf braided bread with some homemade nutella. Then you definitvely have some fuel for the whole morning, I guarantee you.
Boost it
This PB&J Green Smoothie can perfectly be supercharged with some superfoods. I like to use Chlorella and Maca powder, or also Spirulina in my smoothies. If you have a good quality powder you won’t actually get any funny taste, and – as the kale – it’s just in there and gives you that extra kick of nutrition.
In summary
Enough bla bla… this PB&J Green Smoothie is just so damn good and healthy you just have to try it.
Cheers!
